We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Sale items and limited-edition drops are final sale. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is received and another once it has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer flat-rate and calculated shipping at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery time (U.S.): 3–6 business days after shipping.

Please note: Delivery times may vary during holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Return Window

You may return unused journals within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Custom or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

Email info.blnkchk7@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with instructions and a return authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or an error was made on our end. We recommend using a trackable service.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll be notified by email when your refund has been issued.
